BAD BUOYS vignette

Design & Initial Installation Images

Diving to shackle the seine floats. REALLY dive, with my hands and face at the bottom.  It’s kind of mirky down there & chilly. An auger anchor for each buoy is twisted deep into the bottom of the pond.  I have to kick with my feet, feel and grab the anchor with one hand to overcome my own buoyancy. Then loop and shackle the chain while holding my breath for about 30 or 40 seconds.        September 15, 2009
